    Hey!

    I think its hilarious that people actually think I eat perfectly just because I hold the title “trainer.” HELLLLOOOO!?!?

    I think trainers and instructors are among the worst eaters ya know? I was posting on Facebook what I had today as each Sunday is binge day for me. You didn’t see my posts? They’re truth!

    Binge Sunday

    So the next question is generally, well if you binge every Sunday, how come you still look so fit?

    I put together exactly what I eat daily and put it below.

    My exercise has a lot to do with what I eat, and when I do exercise, I put it out there- -about 80% of all my strength. I teach a lot so if I actually exercised at 100% every single class 2 things would happen:

    1. My body would break–and it already has with a back injury about 7 years ago.
    2. I wouldn’t be able to monitor the safety of the class.

    Why would I tell you that?

    BECAUSE THE LEVEL OF INTENSITY WITH WHICH YOU WORK OUT DICTATES THE AMOUNT AND WHAT KINDS OF FOODS TO EAT FOR MAXIMUM FAT LOSS YOU CAN CHOOSE TO EAT.

    If you don’t eat enough, you’ll keep fat on your body.

    If you eat too much, you’ll keep fat on your body.

    If you don’t eat balanced, like you’re eating too much protein (low-to-no carb diets ), or too many carbs, or too much fat (many of the vegetarian diets), etc., your body may not operate at the 110% it actually can.

    A balanced mix is what keeps the body balanced in allowing all the awesome chemicals we already have inside to do their job and keep us happy!

    If I am not exercising that day, (I have 3 days that I take for rest–NO exercise at all–I gotta recover now!), I will load up on the protein and veggies and cut back on the bread carbs. I said cut BACK, not out. Why? If you eat the bread carbs but do not burn them off …..YUP, they turn to fat.

    Okay, I’ll get off my soapbox. I get ummm…..passionate!

    The “How Annette Rejuvenates & Recovers From The Sunday Binge” Menu

    Note 1: This how I eat every week all week from Monday through Saturday
    Note 2: Unless I’m going out to dinner Saturday night–like a date!
    Note 3: If I AM going out on a date no….I’m not a cracker and water girl. I enjoy dining out–I’m gonna eat and drink. Problem?

    *********************************************************************************
    Sunday night (day of/after binge)

    •Nutrimeal Shake

    (this is dinnner around 630pm after my Sunday of unadultered eating!)

    Monday through Saturday

    Breakfast:
    1 liter of water
    AM packet of MY Health Pack vitamin supplements
    1 cup boiled broccoli
    1 slice low sodium Ezekiel toast w/butter
    2 scrambled eggs
    1 mango

    Snack:
    1/2 liter of water
    nectarine and/or apple

    Lunch:
    1 liter of water
    4oz sauteed tipalia
    1/2 cup boiled broccoli
    1/2 to 3/4 cup rice noodles
    *The quantity depends on what I’m teaching that day
    * The more classes, the more quantity in bread carbs I’ll eat
    Rev3 energy drink

    Snack: 1/2 liter of water
    apple
    handful whole, raw almonds

    Snack:
    1/2 liter of water
    apple

    NOW HERE IS WHERE I’M TEACHING CLASSES AND TRAINING CLIENTS SO I’M NOT EATING
    RIGHT NOW

    After evening work:

    Dinner #1:
    1 liter of water
    •Nutrimeal Shake
    (this is immediately after evening classes & clients so
    I don’t die on the way home AND metabolism keeps burning)

    Dinner #2:
    3oz of tipalia

    STATS:
    1. If you don’t see it, I don’t use it like seasoning salt, cheese, etc.
    2. I DO use
    garlic POWDER
    onion POWDER
    black pepper
    extra virgin olive oil
    3. This day’s calories = 1692
    4. On Sunday evening I prepare my tilapia and rice noodles
    for the week and keep em in a glass container in fridge
    and pull from it every day.
    * Yes, I take a small ice chest in my car-it takes 3 minutes to
    prepare
    5. I drink close to a gallon of water per day. I am WELL hydrated and know
    where EVERY bathroom is in my daily travels!
    6. I get between 7 and 9 hours of sleep daily
    7. I eat low-glycemic. This means low sugar and I’m not hungry, at all-EVER
    in a day because this way of eating keeps you satisfied all day. It’s meant to
    be like this and your body loves itl
    8. By Tuesday after the Sunday binge I am back to normal, but it wouldn’t work
    as well if I didn’t exercise. Exercise and consistency are key elements.
    9. And this is WHY I can binge on Sundays and keep as healthy &
    vibrant as I am.
    10. My consistency is coming back home to low-glycemic eating.
    11. No yo-yo bullshit. I can predict what is going to happen to my body
    exactly by how and what I eat.
